Now accepting interest inquiries for a new group offering that combines mental health support with the social and cognitive benefits of learning and playing Mahjong.
This group would provide a welcoming and supportive environment where participants would:
Learn and practice Mahjong in a beginner-friendly setting
Explore coping strategies to support emotional wellness
Strengthen skills related to mindfulness, resilience, and stress management
Engage in meaningful community and social connection
Practice intentional self-care through play and reflection
No prior Mahjong experience will be required. Beginners and experienced players will be welcome. Group details including schedule, format, cost, and start date are still being finalized.
